Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. There was a clear lack of organization at all levels, with no structured processes or clear responsibilities. Decisions were often random and depended more on personal relationships than on professionalism or performance. The workplace environment was unhealthy due to obvious favoritism and internal groupings among employees, which created tension and unfair treatment. Transparency was almost nonexistent, especially when it came to management decisions, salaries, and promotions. Even more concerning was the presence of religious discrimination, which directly affected how employees were treated and evaluated. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any modern workplace. Overall, this company lacks professionalism, fairness, and ethical standards. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful and transparent work environment
