Cons: Read the reviews before considering working here. Every one noting the toxic and dysfunctional environment is true. Those happy, great-place-to-work shorts on their interviewing page? Those were coerced. If your toxic boss asks you to write a review about how great a place it is and you still have a job there, you write it. Ask the company these questions: You say your core values as an organization include transparency, trust, empathy and kindness. 1. Why is your non-management employee turnover rate 90%+ for every year you've been in business? 2. Your site says 11 offices - isn't that just 9 employee homes and 2 storage locations? 3. Why do you stalk ex-employees? 4. Why do you keep a manager that has been unable to work with over 100+ people in the company's 13 year existence? 5. Why do you continue to blatantly ignore HR rules in meetings? 6. Why do you insist on using a weekly check-in method with no metrics to go by - it hinges on whether or not your manager “feels” like you deserve a certain percentage.
