Many other real estate brokers show you where you sit and wish you well. Real Estate One offers a combination of goal oriented training, agent support and still affords the agents the ability to work at a self employed level.

Real estate agents are self employed and 1099'd. If you are looking for a compensation plan that includes company paid health insurance, vacation or sick days this is not the industry for you. This is not directed at Real Estate One this is industry wide. If you work hard you will earn more than enough to compensate and plan for your own needs... if you don't maybe a nice 9-5.
