Pluspunten
I have really enjoyed the people here. Made some great friends and gained a ton of experience. If you are ambitious there are opportunities. Management does not always seem to have clear direction but they are not tyrants. I've had a lot worse. Extremely flexible with vacation and personal time. Work/Life balance is great, although it's not a 9-5 either. There are a great group of people here that like working together and supporting one another. People that go above and beyond to make the place better. It's not for everyone though.
Minpunten
There tends to be a lot of gossip. Drama seems to come in waves. No real formal training, it's sink or swim. Good people who are going above and beyond get drowned out by unhappy ones that are here never here long.
