Minpunten

Leadership of the applications team micromanages the team since they do not trust the team members. Multiple senior team members have left for this reason. Salary is average at best, and raises were minimal.

so so salary . Some folks (not all) are hard to be dealt with, they keep trying to hide essential information and they are not willing to cooperate. Some tries to steal your effort.
