Real Vision has grand ideas for the future and what role Real Vision plays in making them a reality. In addition to their lofty goals, their approach is excellent as it aligns with a lot of agile/scrum principles in being iterative, running experiments, not afraid of failure and allowing anyone from any team contribute and bring forth ideas.
