It is a Fun and exciting industry, Real offers fun company events, and most of the people there are really great. Benefits were pretty decent, especially onsite fitness center, cafe on site and free beverages.
Minpunten
Real doesn't pay well. they pay considerably less than every other company. When i was offered a another job they couldn't even come close to matching my new offer, even though I was a model employee that had received employee of the month, and other awards. Mmanagement should look at turnover rates, and what is causing the high turnover!
