      Great work environment, team works well together. This is a small company so great opportunity to wear a lot of hats and do interesting work. Management is great, always open and willing to help and listen.

      Minpunten

      You can not go under the radar here, be prepared to do great work always since it is a small company if you don't pull your weight it does not go unnoticed.

      The work atmosphere was possibly the best I have ever encountered. Everyone is very friendly and collaborates well. Management was phenomenal.

      It appeared to have little room for advancement.

      Pluspunten

      This is a great place to work if you are a recent graduate looking for solid marketing experience. You will learn a lot and be given a lot of responsibilities that will help you grow your resume in the long run. Co-workers are incredibly friendly and helpful (at least when I was there this was true) and there was a team-oriented environment driven by the small company feel within Realsupport.

      Minpunten

      Pay is extremely low. Depends on role of course but starting out, you likely won't be making more than $12-$15 hourly. That's barely livable even for a recent graduate with no major responsibilities yet. The turnover is high because people naturally grow out of their roles, seek growth and eventually want to earn more money.
