      have lot resources, average benifit , can take chance make the mistake, comfortable working environment which means OA, willing to spend cost training fresh man

      Minpunten

      marketing is pretty poor, would not spend R&D in cuttting edge technology and alwasy do "me too" product which lead to low benefit

      Good working conditions, and fair treatment. Understanding of personal needs.

      Minpunten

      Difficulties in communication due to Board level in Waldorf Germany. Very focused on a small and very focused form of consulting, so you need to travel alot.

      RealTech INC. My employment with RealTech was terminated June 21, 2013. Due to the Company not reaching their 2012-2013 predictions there has been a reduction in work force. The 5 items below is a summary of Business News Articles which are attached. 1) DGAP-Adhoc: REALTECH AG: Personnel changes in the Managing Board / profit warning: negative EBIT in FY 2013 2) Realtech predicts further million loss 3) DGAP-Adhoc: REALTECH AG: Provisional 9-month and quarterly figures for 2013 4) Realtech: loss more than doubled 5) DGAP-Adhoc: REALTECH AG: Preliminary half-year and quarterly figures in 2013
