Pluspunten
Working at RTR has been my first positive working experience post college; the first company I've wanted to stay at. All people and parts of The Process are valued and respected, it's very refreshing. No one is more important than another, all views & ideas are generally fairly and equally considered. I have confidence that if I have a concern about the product, workspace, or really anything that would be relevant, can be brought up and will be addressed. I'm never bored, and also am able to maintain a healthy work life balance (you may need to set some boundaries to accomplish that, but no one will think any different of you for it)
