Bullying environment from the top down If you don't make a deal in the morning then you have call training after lunch were your whole team gets to tell you how bad you are at your job (not very motivating) leads are very bad and have been called to death and everyone is fighting over the same pool to point if you do manage to close a deal someone else will claim it as theirs are will want half of the sale or take it all Micromanaging is so bad I've had the trainer and my manager both shouting different things at me to say to the customer (very unprofessional) You are put under so much presser that once you have worked your hours you feel you have to stay later just to get another deal or you named and shamed in the office oh and don't take a toilet break I've see management going in to the toilet to pull staff back into the office if they feel that have taken too long Most if not all the managers are in roles that they are not right for and are promoted base on who is seeing who and what they got up to on the night out Management will do what they can so you lose your bonus, the commission structure is joke. the CEO will call any one that leave the company Non Believers (even when faced with compilates of bullying, mental have issues) Questionable sales tactics, borderline harassment of customers. Very rarely receive the number of leads promised in your contract unless the manager likes you Massive drug culture. People are constantly miserable and fed up due to the work environment.
