Pluspunten
RR takes their values seriously, and is doing a great job as a hybrid company (remote & in-office workers). I have plenty of agency with how I spend my time, and it feels like my contributions are valued and I get to work on things that actually make an impact. Transparency from management is the best of anywhere I've ever worked, which is especially appreciated with how quickly we're growing and how much the company/product continues to evolve. Seems like everybody here genuinely loves RR and wants to make a cool game first and foremost.
Minpunten
Not necessarily a con - but RR is very serious about "high trust, high autonomy". Once a project or goal is outlined, you need to manage your own time and set your own priorities to make it happen - if you're looking for a super structured environment this could be challenging. This isn't to say that RR is very harsh and deadline driven (it's actually one of the best places I've worked from a work/life balance perspective) - more that nobody is going to be micro-managing your progress and there aren't always established processes for everything that needs to happen - so you'll need to make your own way.
