We use to have family events but all that was taken away last fall surprisingly after a hug experience provided for unnecessary footwear & monitor for dock arrivals.
Minpunten
Although Recaro's health care package is the primary reason for the majority of their employees staying, at some point it won't be enough. There is still a huge lack in communication. There is a false sense of community connection especially after all the stunts they pulled last fall "but they didn't lay off employees" -political statement-. Leadership & management don't truly listen to employees otherwise, questions would be really answered instead of left as a blow off. Seems like a good 70% of what Recaro does after the sale is reactive, not proactive.
