Hi Anonymous, Let us set the records straight here : Asking for salary before serving your notice period is not a genuine ask, secondly, in any organization, there is a process for relieving the employees ("FNF"), it can't be done the day you receive an offer from outside. As far as we can recall only the HR team has reported on Saturdays because there are hiring drives that are happening. We are proud of the culture that we have here and have plenty of guys working with us for more than 3+ years, obviously, there are dependencies and people should rightfully serve the notice period. All salaries are cleared and never we have held back anyone's salary. So our ex-anonymous employee we wish you all the best for your future, hope you do not remain anonymous any further :)
