very comfortable remote environment you can work you own hours and commit code on a regular basis goals and targets are reasonable, fair and nice gig if you want work from home, it's perfect

nothing really if you want to work from home then it is great choice

I really enjoyed the flexible hours, interesting day-to-day tasks (always learning about different positions / companies), and most of all , I enjoyed and appreciated the level of communication. There was never a time that I didn't receive helpful feedback from my boss when asking for it.

None - this company is great about accepting feedback at all times. From my experience, they will provide you will all the things you need, and most (if not all) the things you want.
