Director simply ask staff to leave once they fail to boost sales, despite the economic situation and coronavirus. Never step on employees’ shoes and simply treat employees as money machines. According to the contract, the working hour should be 8:30-17:30, but the director will scold people if they leave office on time. What’s the meaning of staying in office by doing nothing when there is no job orders from clients? Consultants are still working after office hour by relying candidates’ message and practising interview with them. To many meetings make consultants less time to work on meaningful tasks. The contract is extremely unfair to employee: Employee needs to pay 7 days salary if they resign with probation. Actually HR and director will ask consultants to resign if their sales is not satisfactory during probation period so the company can make more money by deducting employee’ wages.
