Expensive services for not great quality to clients, no raises, no inflation related raises, no title promotion, constant turnover, exec leadership doesn’t do much and can’t handle critiques, they don’t truly care about their employees – only their bottom line, there’s no true mission, they discount projects simply to win clients, not because they’re a good fit. The exec team seems to have forgotten that they only have a position because of their employees; they don’t really show that they care about their employees. It’s up to the employee to come up with a development plan and to fight for a raise.
