Pluspunten
The office is genuinely nice. There are a lot of smart, talented people and you’ll learn fast being around them. Decent place to get experience and work on some big brands, but not long term.
Minpunten
Workload is intense and the company is often smoke and mirrors. Things are rarely what they seem. Client Services is worked to exhaustion and turnover is high. Pay increases are extremely low and give no reason to go above and beyond. Work life balance is basically nonexistent. Oh and you have to track every single 15 minute block of your day. Healthcare is not great, PTO allotment is trash. Middle management is the biggest issue, it really depends who you get, but some are terrible and will work you to death. The company feels cheap and it’s clear things are not going well.
