If you want to be involved in something, just ask! 2. Working with smart people makes you smarter! Higher effective conversations, many great ideas flowing around. It really gets you thinking outside of the box. 3. Management including our executives are all very approachable and down to earth. If you have an issue, or just want to chat, they will almost always have time for you!
