The team has no energy, you get micromanaged, there is no communication between SDRs, account managers, and directors, and my money depended on someone else to finish a deal and most of the time, they didn't finish the deal.

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
