I shouldn’t have joined only for the compensation. I see now what others mean about the blame culture—it’s definitely here. It feels like no one really cares about your success or development. There’s no real onboarding; you just have to figure things out on your own (I don’t mind this, but every single time?). It’s almost impressive how they let the tech debt grow to such a level. Decisions that affect everyone are made somewhere quietly in the background, no input from us (so much for that startup spirit). The environment feels toxic, with almost no support or encouragement to improve. Honestly, this doesn’t seem like a place for anyone who wants to grow or learn anything new. It’s like they kept the worst parts of a startup but forgot the good ones.
