The company has a very flat hierarchy, meaning you can actually get things done without getting bogged down in red tape. The shift to a remote-first model has been handled perfectly, with excellent digital collaboration tools that keep everyone aligned. There is a strong emphasis on professional development, and I’ve felt consistently challenged and supported since day one.

Made good friends with some of my coworkers.

Minpunten

This company has no direction, very little competence, no care for their clients or employees. They do major layoffs once a month, reason is re-structuring; This restructure has never happened, instead they rehire the exact same positions doing the exact same jobs. Management is not able to coach, nor guide agents as they have no direction to follow. Metrics are hit by less than 1% of the agents because they are unrealistic, this causes for a group that are continually "knocked down".
