As a junior member of the team, career progression was one of the most important things to me, but there was no clear progression structure.
Questions about learning more/progression were often not addressed at all making me unsure of my future working here, and is ultimately why I left.

Good spread of technology, lots of autonomy. The tech we use is very modern and we have full freedom to change things and develop them if needs be. Really nice people
