None. You get paid poorly and thats the best part

Minpunten

Everything. The vehicles are dangerous and always breaking down. Hours are too much. you get overworked to the bone and never get paid for all the hours you work. Its not a safe place to work and definitely not a place where you can have a longterm career other than if youre family/friends of the owner. Told to find another job if you dont like it.

Pay is good. Can work independently

Minpunten

Hard to find parking on the estate. Office is dirty. Owner has “yes” people running the business for him who have no actual clue what they’re doing. If you’re good at your job they won’t encourage it as they feel threatened. No pay rises, Xmas bonus or annual reviews or just general performance reviews/appraisals. If you ask questions and take your job seriously you get laughed at
