The staff think that they are intietaled to come in and out of ur room when they want not only that they think they can just acuse u of breatching the licence agreement when u haven't got one or was rushed to sign the document and not explained and definitely don't want to sort out the major RAT ISSUE and threaten to make u homeless just because u bring up the rat that are as big as a cat and live with in the house rent free
