Pluspunten
There is a ton of opportunity for the sales function to work on, the marketing efforts have worked wonders and there is a steady income of inbound leads to work with. The C-Level Management team are all extremely approachable, very hands on and will offer support wherever needed. There is a great culture within the teams, everyone makes effort to be present in the office most days to build on that culture. Redscan are being recognised more and more and have grown significantly since I joined, this is great news for the future of the business. They have a great product/services portfolio and are looking to build on this moving forward.
Minpunten
Due to the super aggressive growth of the business, resources are sometimes spread a bit thin, but this is being addressed through hiring more great people in all areas of the business. Due to Redscan being "smaller" and more agile, sometimes lack of process can be a little bit frustrating, but these are slowly being implemented.
