Some of the duties and expectations vs pay is starting to get out of control. It's really mentally tiring at times.

Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
