As we approach the end of the financial year, it feels like a great opportunity to reflect on what has been an exceptional period of personal growth, while also celebrating a number of outstanding achievements across my team. One thing that continues to resonate with me is how, at Reed, we are always thinking about “what’s next?” The strategy for FY27 looks more exciting than ever. At a time when the market can sometimes feel turbulent, we remain energised, committed to our customers, and focused on developing our co-members. While we continue to stand by our core values of being fair, open, and honest, we are also becoming more collaborative than ever across all areas of the business. Over the next 12 months, we will further strengthen communication and collaboration across every part of the organisation. FY27 is set to be an exciting year ahead!
