- Management are very inappropriate and have/will bully you out if they don’t like you. - James Reed preaches about the companies values yet made everyone with less than 1 years service redundant to save cost - subsequently avoids this topic in all interviews surrounding COVID. - Forced onto the apprenticeship scheme, there is no “choice” I had no choice if I wanted the job. - unrealistic targets, not supportive management and they only care if you’re making them money.
