- WFH / Hybrid Setup - Work life balance - Good to start a career with or if you're on the phase of life where you are okay with monotonous routine work. - Easy to file PTOs - Can earn extra PTOs by attending events

- Salary is not competitive - Management, depending on where you are assigned, can be overbearing and can sometimes show favoritism - Hard to apply to Internal Job Postings as they don't really allow cross-sites application unless specified.
