The sky is the limit on earnings and you get what you put in. Refactor Talent is Smaller staffing company that exceeds all others in taking care of their employees. (Contract and Full Time Hires) I am given the tools to succeed in recruiting. I love my team members and we have each other's back. At this point in my career, there is no better place for me.
