Staff Aug everywhere. No strategy work At All! Leadership is all ex finance and work incredibly slow with no clear direction or vision for how to improve Staff is INCREDIBLY underpaid and no sign of changing

The staff are driven, humble, and hard-working. They are incredibly motivated to grow the firm, deliver high quality work products to clients, and have entrepreneurial spirit! Reference Point's people are truly our greatest assets and they are an absolute joy to work with day to day.

Like many boutique sized firms, there are some growing pains as we scale but most of our internal and client-facing staff enjoy the challenges that come along with building a business!
