At one point the pay structure was extremely competitive and honestly heavily sought after by other companies employees as well, and you also get a great family vibe they say they love you they have your back they go to bat for you and they did for me until they didn't

You are unable to voice your opinion about any difference you may have with the company without it being seen as am act of betrayal. Let me go at the worst time I was a top 3 earner within the last 30 days before I left . They changed the pay scale multiple times to benefit the company .
