      Working here is not stressful thanks to the easygoing culture and well thought out deadlines. The company offers 100% remote positions where applicable. The people are genuinely friendly and have a strong sense of collaboration and support. Learning and trying new things is actively encouraged and rewarded. Additionally, the benefits are generous.

      As a new company, there's still room for growth in terms of defining the overall mission and direction.

      The company does cutting edge science in the oncology space which is exciting and is a flexible startup. Most team members are able to work remote depending on role. There is a large allotment of PTO and sick time for employees when they start and top notch health benefits which are comparable to a public institution. Able to take off with my kids when they are sick. Above market salary rates for Denver.

      Sometimes we can move slower than we would like because we have investors to keep informed.
