Literally only the discount at 65% for employees. However, it's the only thing HR seems to bang on about. Hardly no mention of any other benefits of the company... and that's because there aren't any. Flexible working? Working from home? Pension contribution? It's the 21st century and they haven't seem to adapt. Yes, it's a fashion brand, but take a look at the benefits people at ASOS receive.

Where do I start? HR is awful. Incompetent, unsympathetic, misleading, ill-advice, I could go on. No sort of proper inductions either. You'd be lucky to get some sort of response from them. - Management don't act like Managers. Lack of experience, knowledge, and general Manager skills. A senior Manager who would come in every day, shockingly late (over an hour sometimes!), and leave when they pleased, and their output of work appeared minimal from the outset. - For Reiss, I expected quite a nice office. Standard at least. Maybe promoting fashion, their brand, values etc. But nothing. Just a Reiss canvas at Reception. White walls, hardly no cutlery, the "no microwave" rule, broken toilets, old laptops... I could go on. Just the simple necessities weren't in place, which you consider strange for a brand that sell expensive clothes. If you were located in the basement, you would have the tiniest "mini bar" style fridge to share among 20+ people. The office was uninspiring in comparison too their competitors, and this was head office! - As stated, their isn't really a massive benefit for working at Reiss, in comparison to their competitors, or any other fashion brand. Yes, it's a nice sounding brand to work for, but that's probably it. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to Reiss, you're better off going to Karen Millen, FCUK, ASOS etc. They seem to be on a ball with current trends.
