401k is a joke, always making promises they can't keep. HR is also a joke. I would advise you to stay away from RELADYNE if at all possible. They are the most disorganized company I ever worked for. You cannot believe a word they say, meaning they are a bunch of liars. I worked at midstate ind in Nashville and you couldn't ask for a better place to work. Reladyne comes in and buys them out and it was down hill from there. 12 employees quit within a 3 month period after the merge, most had been there 10+ years. I think that speaks for itself.
