The sales floor has incentives, and the other departments do as well. I've seen people grow and Relevant Ads does promote within. They provide a learning curve, more than enough time in the beginning to grasp the skills you need to succeed.

It's not an easy product to sell, so not everyday is a cakewalk, the management does help support the ways you could improve and does so in a courteous manner. I happen to like the 7am-4pm lifestyle, but if you're a late bloomer that could be considered a con for you.
