The workflow is convoluted, and the organization and structure are a mess. Management will look for any minor issue to use against you. I've never worked for a company that treats its customers so poorly—like they're just a nuisance. The culture here is solely about profit, with a mindset that the customer is always wrong. Customer inquiries about overcharges are often avoided, making processes intentionally complex in the hope that they'll just give up and let it go.
