Supportive and schedule quarterly "rounding" meetings where you meet with supervisor to discuss career growth.
Minpunten
My particular supervisor was not great to work with; overall rude attitude and difficult to get along with. Not always the best leaders to respond to everyday panic situations (i.e. patient hurting therapists etc). They sometimes dismiss your concerns. The pay is better at other places I've learned.
