Remitly is full of genuinely great people who care deeply about the mission and the customers they serve. It's rare to find a company where both the purpose and the people feel this aligned and collaboration feels meaningful because everyone is working toward the same goal.

Minpunten

Benefits could be stronger: UnitedHealthcare coverage has been a pain point for many employees. The pace can also mean long hours, and there's been a lot of organizational change lately.

- average pay, no job growth, comp increases YoY are business driven and have nothing to do with your contributions - new ceo so chaotic the entire exec leadership team has turned over - "get on board or get out" mentality. spoiler alert, we're all trying to get out. - AI and shipping broken features as fast as possible are all anyone cares about - women are suffering most under new ceo, who immediately layered most women leaders under men
