      We move very fast, so documentation sometimes lags behind the code deployment. You have to be a self-starter.

      I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

      It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
