There is product market fit and company is set to disrupt larger players that are moving slowly. Company has employees worldwide providing a true global exposure. Fully remote culture and full flexibility allowing to work from anywhere and get evaluated on outcome not output. Company culture is inclusive, supportive and other team members are top talents. Work provides lot of ownership and challenges to solve on a daily basis.

Minpunten

Pace is fast and requires ability to execute at speed, there is a certain level of pressure to deliver requiring high commitment. Be ready to own your success but also your mistakes. Requires ability to work autonomously, remote environment can make it hard to get help. Need to be able to operate under ambiguity

I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
