Pluspunten
One of the things I appreciate most is the structure — a Monday to Friday schedule that lets me fully unplug on weekends. It’s made a huge difference in my personal life. What really stands out, though, is the culture. The HR team goes above and beyond to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Plus, the pay here is noticeably better than at other companies in the same field, which makes the experience even more rewarding.

Payments are made bi-weekly — I was used to getting paid weekly, so it took a little adjustment, but it’s not a big deal. There may also be an opportunity to refine the commission structure to further encourage motivation and recognize strong performance.
