I worked at RemotePass as an Account Executive, and I can confidently say it was one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences of my career. Even worse, this isn’t an isolated case. This scam has happened to multiple employees. They knowingly string people along with false promises of commission to push performance, then refuse to pay when it’s time. Leadership shrugs it off, blames the market, and acts like you should feel guilty for even expecting what was promised. The culture is toxic, demotivating, and emotionally manipulative. There’s zero accountability from the top, high turnover, and a complete lack of trust within the team.
