Unorganised & Stressful - werkgeversreview Property Caretaker bij Remus (UK)

Money is pretty poor considering the amount of work they expect you to do. Expecting 1 person to look after 3 massive sites, Plus was wasn’t made aware of extra work they expect. No proper induction. Just left to figure out bits to myself. 1 site is 15-20 min walk to the other and no prearranged mode of transport too and from. Expecting food waste bins to be jet washed with no protective clothing or masks. Expected to take apart gate locks and try and fix them rather then getting someone out to service them all and repair. List goes on.
