      Pay large % of health insurance. Nice amount of PTO. Casual dress.

      Where do I start! If you want to be a telemarketer maybe you'll be okay but if you're a sales pro stay far far away. They have AE SDR roles and SDRs are essentially appointment setters. The AEs there were not closers they were demonstrators and nothing more. Why have separate roles if skill sets are no different? The company is a one trick pony. And their sole product is irrelevant due to changing pricing schemes of the large players in the market. If you just need a job as a stop gap go ahead but not a place for a career. Management on most every level including CEO is unqualified to be in leadership roles.

      Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience working in sales wasn't what you'd hoped it would be. Like many companies in the software/SaaS space, we have our roles divided between SDRs and AEs. The reason for having these as separate roles is that this is a model that has proven to work effectively in allowing our team members to specialize. It is not so much that these roles require vastly different skill sets, as both are sales roles, but in allowing our team members to focus on one part of the sales process, we hope each will gain mastery in their respective area and provide a great experience for our customers. We're proud to have opened up several channels in the past year for soliciting feedback both anonymously and non-anonymously from our teams, and we've made a wide variety of changes based on this feedback. We know that the best ideas come from those who are closest to the work, so we rely on you to share your recommendations with us. It seems that you've moved on from working with us, but if you have additional suggestions based on your time working with us, please reach out. We're always looking to improve the experience for our team.

      RES is a customer and human-centric company that has undergone a huge amount of positive change recently. The company culture emphasizes "Be Good" which in short means treat team members and customers like you would friends and family. This is very refreshing and makes coming to work every day exciting. The company invests heavily in the training and professional development of its team members. RES has figured out how to achieve great things (multiple years of being nominated as one of the top tech companies in Indiana, INC 5000 fastest growing companies, etc.) while also remembering to Be Good and put our customers and team members first. I've been with the company for a long-time and we've undergone a decade worth of change in the past 24 months, and while it's been trying at times, it also has allowed us to transform the company into one that I'm very proud to work at.

      The rate of change has been very rapid, as the company has had to make up for lost time in terms of making changes that should have occurred years ago. How some people respond to change (even if they see that it's what is best for the company, the employees, and the customers) can be exhausting at times, but we're a better company as a result, so the juice is worth the squeeze.
