So much wrong with this place but I’ll leave just the one example. Renaissance requires their leadership to select a certain population of their teams for personal improvement plans. So even if the whole team is doing well, directors still HAVE to report a percentage of their team as “underperforming.”
So if there are ten people on your team, two of you are required to be on personal improvement plans. Those numbers are not in anyone’s favor. Chances are if you take a job here you’ll probably get put on an improvement plan no matter how hard you work or how well you do.
