I am writing this review after 4 months of resigning, with a clear and unbiased perspective.
During my time, there were situations where limited work exposure was followed by criticism around lack of value addition. Despite multiple requests to take on additional responsibilities or contribute more, responses were often non-committal, and opportunities were not clearly provided.
Later, when I asked for an appraisal, there was a noticeable increase in micromanagement and focus on minor issues. Additionally, when I asked for a salary appraisal, I was told there was no budget, while at the same time others were receiving appraisals, which felt unfair.
This was further compounded by increased focus on minor issues and a work environment that created pressure rather than support, eventually pushing toward resignation.
The company has potential, but management and employee treatment need improvement. The focus is often on small or less important issues instead of what actually helps the company grow.
