Office events have good food. Get to leave the office at 5pm or earlier. Wlb is really good.

Minpunten

No one comes in. Quality is worse than my previous role at big 4. Very lonely here. Rest of the firm is having fun but we are in a dungeon. No leadership in the office. Ive wasted the last year here. This is not what consulting is meant to be.

Nice colleagues, WFH, office views, interesting projects to work on

You will be expected to work on other projects outside of your background to be utilised (target 90%) such as strategy, regulations, or finance even if have zero knowledge of the area. There's a lot of conflicting and vague advice given from directors and managers as they are often stressed and overworked - and you get blamed for it as your mistake. There's little room for consultants to ask for help or explain the difficulty you may be having as often managers refuse to take any responsibility.
