Most of the workers are pretty cool people. Every day has different challenges to overcome so it doesnt get boring.

Understaffed jobs that have you out late and expected in way too early. 6 days a week. Trucks in disrepair. Dangerous and sub par equipment. Workers get away with having no respect for anything because all the office really cares about is having bodies to make money off of. They don't know how to train new guys and won't promote anyone who could train them to do so. Perfomance reviews and raises always months late or non-existent. Jobs booked so tightly there is no consideration for workers needing a lunch break. You will at times be coerced into skipping your breaks. Very little notice for shifts. Wait until 6pm to know if you work the following day. In order to have a day off people decide to just not show up because they are overworked and denied a rest day. They work a bonus into your pay and take it away when you make a mistake. When they make a mistake you are the one who suffers for that, too. You will be treated like a number, not a person. At times, unsanitary work environments. Even after all the staff have refused to work in disgusting hoarder conditions they will tell you you're working somewhere else and then send you there anyways. Yes they lie to their employees. Good suggestions are brushed aside constantly. It's a company that cares not for you, not for quality of work, only for money.
